Juan was excellent. Was able to get him in a pinch and he lives nearby. He met me before I booked. He really knows his stuff when it comes to dogs. Funny story - he actually showed his girlfriend pics of my doggies. Was walking them early in the AM on the day he was coming. Was in the park and my dogs were going up to fence of dog park and his gf was in dog park with her dogs. She asked me if I was using Juan later and said she was his gf - that he showed her pics of the pups. She was very nice and friendly. This made me feel extra good about Juan coming over to take care of Bella and Buster later. Juan checked in with me to make sure he had the routine down, sent pics to me and then asked me to let him know if there was anything he should fix for next time. I had nothing to say except "Thank-You"! I would definitely use him again and recommend him to others.

Juan is amazing - he's reliable, professional, and our dog loves him. I've never seen Ethan so excited to see any other walker. He has also been a life saver pet sitting on weekends and holiday's. Easygoing, accommodating and responsive. We feel better knowing he's looking out for Ethan while we're away.

Juan did a fantastic job looking after our two energetic mini-schnauzers. They came back relaxed and refreshed and seemed to really enjoy themselves. Juan handled the pick-up and drop-off process professionally and sent us pictures every day so that we could keep in touch. I'd definitely recommend him!

we couldn't be happier with our experience with juan. this was our first time leaving our little puppy alone and after looking into a variety of doggy daycares and boarding places, we ultimately decided we would prefer he stays in someone's home. we looked into a handful of people on rover but something just stood out about juan's profile and we really appreciated his quick replies and the amount of detail he went in to during the initial research phase. we were already impressed with his professionalism by the time we met him for a quick "meet and greet", then knew right away that he'd be the perfect caretaker after meeting him in person.
he updated us regularly during our pup's stay and always responded to any messages right away. although it was sad to be away from our puppy, it was a huge relief to know he was in good hands. we just trusted that he was happy and well cared for the entire time. he followed all of our directions to a T and made sure our dog got plenty of play time and exercise.
you can tell straight away that juan is a genuine animal lover and truly puts his heart into what he does. we would 100000% use him again and highly recommend him to anyone else looking for a good, safe place for their dog to stay.

Juan is now my go to man! Really friendly, very easy to deal, answers in a timely manner and most importantly keeps you up to date on your dog, without prompting. I cannot say enough about Juan. He was so helpful and patient and easy going. We met up a few days before I booked his service and talked and walked our dogs together. I could tell he had a real love and interest in the care of dogs. This was my first time away from my dog and he took great care in making sure I was updated with pics every couple of days. My dog has a sensitive stomach and takes special food and supplements, Juan filled my instruction to the letter and I returned to a happy and healthy dog. He is now my go to guy when I have to leave town. Juan rocks!

Juan and his girlfriend were great with my dog bubby. He was available last minute when my sitter fell through for the holiday weekend. My dog Sasha (80 pound female rottweiler) had a great time with Juan. We met up twice before the scheduled session for Juan and Sasha to get acquainted and for Juan to get a feel for what she is like. He asked a lot of good questions to make sure he had all the bases covered. We went for a walk - they got along well, he knew how to handle her and he clearly knows a lot about dogs. On the day of the scheduled walk, Juan went to pick her up and during the walk he sent me lots of photos and a detailed summary of what they did and how she behaved. I would definitely recommend Juan and I felt safe and comfortable knowing he was taking care of her. Thanks!
